System fixes and enhancements released between 12/18 and 12/31

API related enhancements
- Added functionality to detach and attach volumes for VPS devices within the same data center via the /vps//volume//detach and /vps//volume//attach endpoints.

MyV enhancements
- In myV, added a confirmation message for VPS devices when a snapshot restoration is completed successfully to let the user know that the process is complete and it is now safe to power the device back on.
- Updated the cart page to reflect the same discounts that are shown in the store.
- Added "Complete Subscription" functionality to "Payment Methods" page in myV to allow users to complete the PayPal subscription process in the event of a disruption before completion.
