January 13 - January 26, 2025

We've been busy this year with working on some new product and services to offer. Over the past 2 weeks, we've been working on and have released our new VDS product as well as making some small updates to our APIs and overall website.

System fixes and enhancements released between 01/13 and 01/26

• API related enhancements

  • Updated the product tiles endpoint to be able to support the new VDS product in the store.
  • Optimized the /account endpoint to include the number of devices to prevent having to make an additional call.

• MyV enhancements

  • Updated the Direct Admin login button in myV to resolve a situation where certain login credentials were not being passed. This resulted in nothing happening when the button was pressed before the fix went live.
  • Updated the button for Deployment Settings in myV to display "Deployment Settings" even when the screen is resized to a smaller screen.
  • In myV, updated the ssh port to display the correct port.
  • In myV, added the VDS product and updated the menus to include "Virtual Servers" instead of VPS so that it is easier to know that both VPS and VDS products are in those menus.
  • In myV, updated the "Cloud VPS" button in the "Add Servers" menu to say "Virtual Servers" instead to be inclusive of the new VDS product.
  • In myV, updated the Upgrade modal to be able to support the new VDS product.

• Store and Storefront enhancements

  • Added the new VDS page to the the storefront menu.
  • Added the new VDS page to the menu in the Store.
  • In Storefront, updated "Cloud VPS" in Compute Type to "Virtual Servers" to be inclusive of the new VDS product.
  • Updated Store to make the new VDS product publicly available.

• General Website enhancements

  • Updated the speedtest server list of facilities to include our newer and updated facilities in Miami, Amsterdam, Chicago and Albany.
