Over the past 3 weeks, we have been working on myV, Store, Storefront and the general website to bring new features and enhancements forward.

System fixes and enhancements released between 01/27 and 02/16

  • General website enhancements

    • Implemented the new designs for the Private Cloud Services page.
    • Updated the website so that browser tabs contain page titles with context to content being displayed.

  • MyV enhancements

    • Updated the "Next Billing" field in myV for Private Cloud customers to include the parent service cost as well as the child service cost.
    • Implemented the new "Account Manager" feature in myV which shows the assigned account manager for accounts that have an account manager.
    • Updated the Discord invite link in myV.
    • Updated the sorting feature in myV for the Roles and the Sub-Account pages.
    • In myV, updated the "Next Billing" amount on the Devices page to accurately reflect what is showing on the Invoices page for Private Cloud customers.

  • Store and Storefront enhancements

    • Implemented the new "Account Manager" feature in the store which shows the assigned account manager for accounts that have an account manager.
    • Updated the Discord invite link in Store.
    • Updated the Discord invite link in Storefront.
    • Updated contact permissions for "Require 2FA to Deploy" so that when a contact has this permission active and 2FA set up, carts can be accepted and checked out without a message notifying the contact to set up 2FA in myV.

  • Provisioning enhancements

    • Updated deployments with Ubuntu 22 to work with software RAID.

  • API enhancements

    • Optimized the endpoint to load devices in myV to ensure accounts with a high number of devices and services loads quicker.
