Over the past 2 weeks, we have been working on myV and the Store to enhance the user experience.

System fixes and enhancements released between 7/1 and 7/14

• MyV enhancements

  • Brought back the ability for colo customers to see interfaces and metrics with active services in myV.
  • Updated spacing and added helper text for devces in myV that have a Non-Payment message on them.
  • Added product tiles on the store page when the cart is empty to show the shopper some available options to consider.
  • Added tooltips to the store to exlain the difference between Core and Edge locations and added Core and Edge icons in the location selector component.
  • In the Device Details table in myV, updated the page to not cut off the last column when the web browser window is resized to be too thin to show all data. The table now contains a scrollbar to be able to view all columns.
  • Updated myV to better support Diner's Club and CB credit cards using 3 digit CVV codes.
