Over the past two weeks, we've been making updates and enhancements to our infrastructure as well as updates to the Store, Storefront and myV.

System fixes and enhancements released between 7/15 and 7/28

• Store/Storefront related enhancements

  • When a customer is trying to place an order with credits, but there is another order paid with credits still pending on the account, updated Store to display a message informing customers that an order paid with credits is currently pending and credits will be available once the pending order is complete. The customer should then use an alternative payment method to complete the order.
  • When navigating to the storefront from the VPS pricing link on the homepage, set the default deployment time to "Instant" instead of having both "Instant" and "Custom" selected to prevent confusion.

• MyV enhancements

  • Updated the VPS/Snapshots page in myV to show the snapshot count and status more accurately.
  • Added a "Date Created" column to the device list in myV to allow sorting devices from oldest to newest.
  • Updated the VPS/Snapshots page in myV with a status column to show the status of snapshots created on VPS devices.
  • In myV, updated the Subnets page so that the header row in the table always expands to take up the full space when the browser window is resized.
  • Enhanced myV to allow an export of all devices into a .csv file format.
  • Updated myV to allow colo customers to see the "Sensors" tab under Device Details when IPMI interfaces are properly configured.
  • Updated the new CSV export function in myV to include the Date created column when exporting devices.
  • Expanded the sub-account limit to allow up to 50 sub-accounts under a single account instead of setting a limit of 25.
