This round of enhancements includes the rollout of our new Customer Referral program as well as updated styling on the Hivelocity store and myV to enhance the user experience and navigation. Updates were also made to the device API endpoint and the provisioning process.

API related enhancements
- Enhanced the api/v2/device/{deviceId}/ports endpoint to no longer remove the Eth0 subnet when triggered for Eth1 under the rare scenario where a subnet is set on Eth0.
- Enhanced the api/v2/device/{deviceId} endpoint to not allow malformed hostnames when using the PUT method.

Store UI enhancements
- In the store, enhanced the visibility when hovering over a location selection to be more noticeable and differentiate the selection more from the "out of stock" state.

- Updated styling in the store to enhance the visuals on: the footer, the header, deployment tool tip hover overs, the cart summary, and the checkout page.

Tooltip loads on hover-over instead of requiring a click to activate
- Enhanced the readability in the store for the DDOS tooltip and updated the mobile store experience to include a "View Device Summary" button.
