Over the past 2 weeks, we have been enhancing the myV experience for legacy Hivelocity customers as well as Legacy Colohouse customers.

System fixes and enhancements released between 9/9 and 9/22

API related enhancements
- Updated the v2/profile endpoint to reject a call if the e-mail address field is passed and unpopulated.
- Updated credit card transaction errors to show a more user friendly error message to users upon credit card processing errors.
MyV enhancements
- Resolved a situation in myV where tags will null descriptors caused an error boundary when loading the device sensors page.
- Updated the OTP functionality for multi-email accounts in myV to request the OTP code each time the switch accounts function is used.
- Updated how VPS snapshots are reported in myV to return the virtual size instead fo the physical size of the snapshots.
- In myV, added a Service page to the Billing tab that shows all active services so that the user can view these even when there is no device associated.
- For Colohouse legacy customers with services, but no active devices, added the ability to contact support in myV.
- In myV, updated the OTP/SSO functionality to hide the OTP component when SSO is enabled since OTP is disabled at that point.
- Updated the styling for the Cross Connects page in myV.
- Updated the login page for myV when SSO s enabled and an account has a problem so that the user has a direct link to contact billing.
Provisioning enhancements
- Added Ubuntu 24 to VPS offerings.
