BGP

Hivelocity supports Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) for route advertisements. We support BGP for advertising both IPv4 addresses and IPv6 addresses. Customers can also bring their own publicly routable IPv4 or IPv6 address range to Hivelocity and advertise them using BGP with or without your own ASN. You can then manage your IP subnets via the Hivelocity API and portal. To successfully announce IP addresses, you will need at minimum an IP address range /24 (IPv4) or /48 (IPv6) which is registered in an IRR and a Letter of Authorization on company letter head that allows Hivelocity to announce the IP address range.
