Chat

Many issues can be resolved over chat. Non-customers may also use chat for help picking the appropriate Hivelocity Solution. Please be aware that we cannot make major changes that are requested over chat and you will need to open a ticket from the control panel.

Ticket

Changes to account based entities such as servers, security settings, and contacts must be submitted through a support ticket. You can expect same day support on all your ticket requests. You can access your tickets in the support section of the portal.

If you do not wish to log into the support portal, you are welcome to email [email protected]. This will automatically open a ticket for you under the appropriate client account. and all replies to any of your open tickets will be emailed to you directly.
